Sales destination. Where do you buyers need to be? How to create a funnel?
I will briefly go through 15 steps to create the right funnel and make your following to go down through it. It will clearly show the path the consumer has to go through.
1. Identify Goals and Objectives
The first step in growing your social media presence in order to attract the buyers is to identify your goals and objectives. This means that you are sure what you are going after. You should do it before you start posting. Ensure that you know how each platform works (we talked about it before), what audiences you can reach, how you can reach it and where. What are your objectives? Now you will be ready for a great start.
2. Let Them Know you are Human
Let your audiences see a real side of you. Your true personality. This means that you need to interact on your social media accounts often. Very often! This doesn't mean just throwing up a link to your sales channels or other social media profiles and hoping someone will read it or click on it. This means really getting on there and interacting with everyone. Respond to posts from your audience and interact when they show interest. Show them who you are, and your audience will feel more connected to you - and they will want to follow you or visit your website.
3. Understand Their Needs
Understanding what your audience needs will help you be able to interact with them on a more intimate level. It will help you to create and run a successful ad and promo compagne. Knowing what they want by reading the blogs, following your audience and staying in trend will help you understand what you need to give to them. Once you understand this, you can give them everything they are looking for. So, the idea of that process is not to feed your audience with what you sell, but to encourage your recent and targeted followers to reach out on their own.
